For shipments sent outside of the Continental U.S., shipping fees associated with making these returns are the responsibility of the customer. After you’ve made your claim, we’ll send you an email with instructions to print return labels directly from USPS website with Electronic Merchandise Return. Then, simply affix the label to the package and drop it in a collection box, give it to a letter carrier, or bring it to any Post Office™ location. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. You may also return merchandise you ordered online or though our catalog to any of our stores located in the United States. *Please note that UK and Canada orders are refunded in US dollars.
