Most orders will ship out within 1-2 weeks of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. An email will be sent to you for tracking when USPS package is scanned at the Post Office.

There is an additional shipping charge of $5.00 for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations will ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. Orders to APO addresses will also ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited, but will not incur additional shipping charges.

We ship to all of the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada and the UK. We are currently unable to ship to overseas addresses outside of the UK. We are working toward providing delivery to more international addresses in the future.

All orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase and an additional $50.00. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped UPS Ground with the exception of Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. These territories will ship standard USPS. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by Canadian customs and are your responsibility.

All orders shipped to the UK will be assessed a $50.00 shipping charge in addition to the standard shipping rates. Orders shipped to the UK will be shipped via UPS International. Unfortunately, UK orders cannot be expedited. All of our website prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, that while most orders sent to the UK and Canada will ship from Mr. California in about the same amount of time as orders shipping to the US, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country of delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.

Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
